TWICE, BTS, ENHYPEN, SEVENTEEN, TXT, NewJeans, BLACKPINK, And ITZY Rank High On Billboard’s World Albums Chart
Billboard has released its World Albums chart for the week ending on September 24!
TWICE’s latest mini album “BETWEEN 1&2” spent a third consecutive week at No. 1, making TWICE the first female K-pop artist in history to top the chart for three weeks with multiple albums.
BTS’s anthology album “Proof” stayed strong at No. 3 in its 14th consecutive week on the chart, while ENHYPEN’s latest mini album “MANIFESTO : DAY 1” followed at No. 5 in its seventh consecutive week.
SEVENTEEN’s “SECTOR 17“—the repackaged version of their fourth studio album “Face the Sun“—ranked No. 6 in its eighth week on the chart, with “Face the Sun” also charting separately at No. 12 (now in its 16th week).
TXT’s “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” spent its 19th consecutive week on the chart at No. 10, while NewJeans’ debut EP “New Jeans” rose to No. 11 in its sixth week.
BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” climbed back up to No. 13 in its 98th non-consecutive week on the chart, and ITZY’s “CHECKMATE” rounded out the top 15 in its ninth week.
