37th Golden Disc Awards Announces Star-Studded 1st Performer Lineup

 

The 37th Golden Disc Awards (GDA) has revealed its lineup of performing artists!

On December 7, the 37th GDA officially announced the first lineup of performers including NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, ENHYPEN, and TREASURE.

NewJeans, who was nominated for both the Rookie Artist of the Year and Digital Song Division Bonsang (Main Award) with just one album, will be attending the award show for the first time. Viewers can look forward to what kind of new performances the girls will show with their catchy hits “Hype Boy” and “Attention.”

LE SSERAFIM, who showed remarkable growth with their 1 million copies of accumulated album sales with their last two albums, is also a rookie to be reckoned with. As their songs “FEARLESS” and “ANTIFRAGILE” are guarding their top spot on South Korea’s music charts for a long time now, anticipation is rising to see what kind of performance will they show at the 37th Golden Disc Awards.

SEVENTEEN, who became 7-time million sellers this year, will also be attending. Already a regular guest at the show, SEVENTEEN is said to be preparing for a huge stage with dancers for an exclusive performance that viewers can only see at the 37th GDA.

Stray Kids, a rising global K-pop powerhouse, earned the title of triple million-sellers this year. Since the boys are currently sweeping various awards left and right, fans can surely expect Stray Kids to also showcase their unrivaled presence at the award show.

ENHYPEN, the winner of the 35th GDA’s Best Rookie Artist award, has grown rapidly in two years, with their latest album released this year selling more than 1.5 million copies.

Finally, TREASURE, who went viral multiple times online for their popular songs such as “JIKJIN” and “DARARI,” will also be flying to Thailand to attend the annual year-end award show.

The 37th Golden Disc Awards will be held on January 7 at Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
