Stray Kids’ Lee Know Joins World Vision’s Esteemed ‘Bob Pierce Honor Club’

On February 28, Stray Kids‘ Lee Know was honored with a prestigious recognition, becoming the youngest member appointed to World Vision’s ‘Bob Pierce Honor Club.’ This esteemed group, named after the organization’s founder, comprises major donors who have shown a deep commitment to addressing global issues and advocating the value of sharing.

This appointment follows Lee Know’s generous donation of 100 million won to World Vision’s global food crisis response project in January, aimed at aiding children in the world’s poorest regions affected by food shortages due to rapid climate change. His contribution to emergency relief efforts in Turkey and Syria following a significant earthquake further highlights his dedication to humanitarian causes.

Lee Know’s involvement with World Vision extends back to 2014, where he has actively participated in the overseas child sponsorship program. His efforts in supporting underprivileged children both domestically and internationally have been instrumental in fostering a culture of philanthropy.

Expressing his gratitude for the recognition, Lee Know shared his commitment to using his resources for making a positive impact and sharing the love he has received. In addition to his individual efforts, Lee Know has collaborated with fellow Stray Kids members in philanthropic activities, such as hosting a ‘DREAM DAY’ event under World Vision’s ‘Dreaming Children’ project. This event, held in October of the previous year, brought together 16 aspiring singers for mentorship and support in their dreams, demonstrating the group’s commitment to inspiring and aiding the youth.
