Former TRCNG Members Jihun, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, And Hamin Confirmed To Re-debut Under New Boy Group BXB
Four former members of TRCNG are gearing up for a new start soon!
On January 10, Wolfburn officially announced the debut of their upcoming boy group BXB, unveiling the group’s logo motion video. BXB is confirmed to debut on January 30.
BXB consists of five members Jihun, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, Hamin (formerly known as Kangmin), and Jun. Jihun, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, and Hamin are former members of TRCNG, an eight-member boy group that debuted in 2017.
Back in March 2022, members of TRCNG took to social media to announce their disbandment following their contract termination. One month later, Jihun, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, and Hamin joined Wolfburn (previously known as APR Entertainment).
“BXB” is short for “Boy By Brush” and signifies the group’s desire to draw various chapters of youth through diverse genres of music.
BXB plans to firmly imprint its name on the industry by releasing music with the theme of teen manhwas (Korean comics) that describe various emotions that youths go through such as joy, sadness, love, anger, and jealousy.
Before the news of BXB’s official debut, Jihun, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, and Hamin released two installments of their pre-debut “Youth Trilogy” project titled “Sadness, Beginning, Flight” under the APR PROJECT, raising fans’ expectations for their official re-debut.
With their upcoming debut album, BXB is expected to convey the last story of the youth trilogy “Flight” as well as BXB’s new start.
