BTS’ Suga Becomes 2nd Korean Male Soloist In YouTube History To Have An MV Hit 400 Million Views With “Daechwita”

BTS’ Suga has just reached an exciting milestone on YouTube!

On December 4 at around 11:30 p.m. KST, the music video for “Daechwita,” which Suga released under the name Agust D as the title track of his second solo mixtape “D-2,” surpassed 400 million views on YouTube.

Notably, Suga is only the second Korean male soloist in history—following PSY—to surpass 400 million views with a non-OST music video on YouTube.

Suga first dropped the music video for “Daechwita” on May 22, 2020 at 6 p.m. KST, meaning that it took just over 2 years, 6 months, and 12 days to hit the 400 million mark.

Congratulations to Suga on his impressive achievement!
