ATEEZ Tops iTunes Charts All Over The World + Smashes Own 1st-Day Sales Record With “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT”

ATEEZ’s comeback is off to an exciting start!

On July 29 at 1 p.m. KST, ATEEZ made their highly-anticipated return with their latest album “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” and its hard-hitting title track “Guerrilla.”

According to Hanteo Chart, “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” sold an impressive total of 270,720 copies on its first day of sales alone—easily breaking ATEEZ’s previous first-day sales record of 178,928 set by their 2021 album “ZERO : FEVER EPILOGUE.”

ATEEZ’s new music video for “Guerrilla” also surpassed 10 million views on YouTube in just 12 hours, setting a new personal record for the group.

Additionally, as of 10 a.m. KST on July 30, “Guerrilla” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 28 different regions across the globe, while “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” had reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 14 different regions. ATEEZ’s new songs from “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” also swept all of the top seven spots on the Bugs realtime chart immediately upon their release.

Even before the album’s release, ATEEZ was already breaking their own personal records with “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT”—last week, the album surpassed 1.1 million stock pre-orders, marking ATEEZ’s first time hitting the 1 million mark.
