In a remarkable testament to their international acclaim, K-pop powerhouses SEVENTEEN and TXT have both clinched new certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). SEVENTEEN’s latest Korean mini album “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN” has been adorned with a triple platinum certification for exceeding 750,000 units shipped in Japan. This achievement marks not only their second Korean album but also their fourth overall album to reach such esteemed status within the Japanese market.

The RIAJ’s stringent certification benchmarks designate albums as gold once they hit 100,000 units shipped, and platinum at the quarter-million mark. TXT’s recent Korean release “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” has also joined the platinum echelon, surpassing 250,000 units shipped in Japan. This is their second Korean album to be distinguished with a platinum certification, underscoring the group’s consistent growth and resonance with fans across borders.

With this new milestone, SEVENTEEN and TXT continue to elevate their presence on the global stage, solidifying their positions as leading figures in the ever-expanding K-pop universe.
