Hummus Toast

  • 2          tablespoons Sabra Hummus (any flavor)
  • 1          slice whole-wheat or hearty bread, toasted
  • 1/2       cup avocado, sliced
  • 1          sliced radish
  • 1/4       cup tender arugula
  • 1          tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  1. Spread hummus on toast.
  2. Top with avocado, radish, arugula and pistachios.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
