By showcasing films that explore the history and experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly during times of oppression, CINEVERSATIL is contributing to a more inclusive and empathetic society. The Pink Triangle, once a symbol of persecution, is now a symbol of pride and remembrance. Through these films, the festival encourages viewers to rethink, understand, and spread the concept of the Pink Triangle, allowing us to build an approach with DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) perspective that encompasses cultural and political aspects while valuing groundbreaking perspectives.

A Platform for Emerging and Established Filmmakers

CINEVERSATIL serves as a platform for both emerging and established filmmakers to showcase their work that revolves around sexual and affective diversity. The festival’s lineup includes a diverse range of films, from animations and documentaries to fictional dramas, each telling a unique story that contributes to the larger narrative of the LGBTQIA+ community’s history and experiences.

Engaging the Audience

The festival is not just about film screenings; it’s an immersive experience that engages the audience.
