Renowned 1MILLION co-founder and ace choreographer, Lia Kim, recently opened up about her distinctive dietary routine that she has consistently adhered to for the past decade.

During the November 1st airing of the ‘Cultwo Show’, Lia Kim confided that she has maintained a regimen of consuming just a single meal daily for an impressive ten years. This intriguing dietary choice, she remarked, was inspired by a book she once read. Lia Kim elaborated, “I embraced the diet upon learning about its potential health benefits. Interestingly, eating two meals a day started making my body feel sluggish.”

Addressing the frequently posed question about her energy levels, especially considering the physically demanding nature of her profession, Lia Kim stated, “Many wonder if I struggle with energy due to the intense physicality of my dance routines. Contrary to that, consuming more tends to weigh me down.”

Detailing her food choices, the choreographer mentioned, “My diet predominantly consists of meat, while I generally avoid carbohydrates. However, on occasions when I have meetings or other commitments, I might indulge in two meals a day.”
