BTS Members RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook Set for Military Enlistment

Big Hit Music has recently shared important updates regarding the military enlistment of BTS members RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. In a strategic move, these members have decided to enlist together, aligning their service periods to facilitate a full group comeback in 2025.

On December 5, the label released an official statement, informing fans of the upcoming enlistment schedules. According to Big Hit Music, “RM and V will begin their military service following individual procedures, while Jimin and Jung Kook plan to enlist concurrently. Please note that there will be no public events on the day they commence their service.”

The company also requested fans to respect the private nature of the enlistment process, specifically advising against public gatherings at the entrance ceremony, which is exclusively for military personnel and family members.

This announcement comes as the other BTS members are already fulfilling their military obligations. Jin, the group’s oldest member, started his service in December 2021, while J-Hope enlisted in April of this year. SUGA has been serving as a social worker since September, part of his alternative military duties. Jin is expected to complete his service and be discharged in June of the following year.

The collective decision by RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook to enlist together reflects their commitment to BTS and their fans, ensuring a much-anticipated reunion as a complete group in the near future. This marks a significant chapter in BTS’s journey, as they fulfill their national duties while maintaining the bond with their global fanbase.

As the members embark on this new phase, fans worldwide are showing unwavering support and looking forward to their return to the stage as a whole in 2025. Stay tuned for more updates on BTS’s activities and their journey through military service.
