Two months after its release, TXT’s “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” continues to go strong on the Billboard charts!
On July 6 local time, Billboard revealed that TXT’s latest mini album had ranked No. 149 on its latest Top 200 Albums chart (its weekly ranking of the most popular albums in the United States), marking its seventh consecutive week on the chart.
“minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” is now tied with Stray Kids‘ “ODDINARY” for the longest-charting K-pop album of 2022 on the Billboard 200, with both mini albums having spent a total of seven weeks on the chart so far this year.
TXT also charted for a 26th week on Billboard’s Artist 100, overtaking BLACKPINK to tie NCT‘s record for the K-pop artist with the fourth most weeks on the chart in history—bested only by BTS, EXO, and NCT 127. For the week ending on July 9, TXT came in at No. 82.
Meanwhile, “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” held steady at No. 3 in its eighth consecutive week on Billboard’s World Albums chart, in addition to sweeping the No. 15 spot on both the Top Album Sales chart and the Top Current Album Sales chart.
